Lantern Festival - community / Cultural Muhibbah

Club organised the first time a get together of community in promoting harmony -the muhhibah through our chinese Lantern Festival / Mooncakes. The event was spearheaded by our Lion Elsie Yong and have chosen Sri Damansara and its Residence Association in joining hands that have made this event a meaningful and successful one. The evening have reached out to thousands of residents and children of all races to have enjoyed the evening filled with fun games and performances. Our Leo's adopted children home-Precious Home gave a stage performance that have won many applauses. Residents have had a chance to share anf savior the mooncakes and other refreshments together with all the children. We have reached the target of a great fellowship in promoting Muhibah and introduced the "lantern festival" to all Malaysian.
Also, on the next day 17th October, President Alex and few members have sent the reserved mooncakes to "Amitabah" Old Folks home to share the joys with the folks on this auspicious mooncakes festival.
