Visit Sister Club, Penang Light

Visit Sister Club, Lions Club of Penang Light on its Anniversary Celebration and Installation of President Leslie Hong and the Board of Directors of fiscal year 2005/2006.It was a celebration of 3 days program, we had a good fellowship night on the 1st night together with other sisters clubs of Penang Light, the LC of Taiwan Chung Hsio; LC of Sydney Bondi;LC of Singapore Host and LC of Perth Scareborough. The banquet night was the installation night and dinner and awards presentation in conjunction with its anniversary.In conjunction with the anniversary, all the sisters clubs joint LC Penang in a community service project that provided Health Screening, Sight First; and Blood Donations services to a school and the nearby community. The project also have donated 60 pairs of spectacles to some needy pupils from 3 different schools and donations of school bags.Like previous years, Fruits Fiesta after the project always made the most interesting part of all program...........because of the King of All Fruits of Malaysia-the Durians were served.The program ended with few more fellowships together with the overseas Lions from Taiwan and Australia like a "Cruise to No where" and fellowship breakfast, lunches
